Refund & Cancellation Policy

Prepaid Sessions

All sessions must be prepaid and are scheduled in advance to ensure availability and timely service.

No Refunds

All purchases are final. Once a session has been booked, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Scheduling & Availability

Sessions are typically requested for immediate or near-immediate availability (for example, within 30–60 minutes) or scheduled shortly thereafter.

While we make reasonable efforts to connect you within your selected timeframe, exact start times are not guaranteed.

Once a session is confirmed or initiated, it cannot be canceled or rescheduled.

Missed Sessions

If you miss your scheduled session or fail to join at the agreed time, the session will be considered completed and is non-refundable.

Late Arrival

Sessions will conclude at the originally scheduled end time, regardless of when you join.
No extensions or refunds will be provided for late arrivals.

Technical Issues

If a session cannot be delivered due to a verified technical issue on our end, we may offer a reschedule or refund at our sole discretion.

Service Conduct

If a session is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued.

Payment Disputes

By purchasing a session, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us. Unauthorized disputes may result in account restrictions or suspension.

Refund Processing

Any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
