This service is:
- Not therapy
- Not counseling
- Not medical or mental health care
- Not crisis support
- Not a dating service
No Professional Relationship
Use of this service does not create any therapist-client, counselor-client, doctor-patient, or other professional relationship.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
Time-Bound Sessions
All sessions are strictly time-limited based on the selected duration.
Sessions end at the scheduled time regardless of conversation status.
User Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and well-being before, during, and after any session.
LonelyAmerica does not provide guidance, advice, or direction regarding personal, emotional, or life decisions.
Crisis & Emergency Disclaimer
LonelyAmerica is not equipped to handle crisis situations.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LonelyAmerica shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, emotional, psychological, or consequential outcomes arising from the use of this service.
No Guarantees
LonelyAmerica does not guarantee:
- Emotional outcomes
- Relief or improvement
- Problem resolution
- Compatibility
- Continued availability
Acceptable Use
Users must:
- Communicate respectfully
- Not engage in abusive, sexual, manipulative, or illegal behavior
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
Termination of Service
LonelyAmerica reserves the right to refuse or terminate any session at its sole discretion if behavior is inappropriate, unsafe, or violates these terms.
Payments
All sessions are prepaid.
No session will begin without confirmed payment.

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
